Our Story
Founder Poorna Dabare started Melbourne Shine Solutions after seeing how often clients were let down by inconsistent contractors—missed tasks, no communication, no accountability. Poorna designed a checklist‑driven service: every visit is documented, photographed when required, and reviewed so standards stay high.
Soon after launch, Poorna’s wife Kaushalya Kumudu joined as Co‑Founder. Kaushalya manages quality control and client relationships—she is the person who calls to confirm access, follows up on any issues and makes sure consumables never run out. Together they balance operational efficiency with genuine care.
